Meet Minister Jennifer - Myrtle Beach Wedding Officiant

 Hi, I’m Minister Jennifer, a licensed and Ordained South Carolina wedding officiant based in Myrtle Beach, SC. For over 12 years, I’ve helped over 4000 couples from across the country celebrate love through beach weddings, intimate elopements, vow renewals, and marriage license signings. My goal is to make every ceremony meaningful, relaxed, and uniquely yours. 

My journey as a wedding officiant began with a simple love for helping couples make their day special — whether it’s a barefoot beach ceremony or a quiet marriage license signing for two. I believe every couple deserves to feel cared for and celebrated, no matter how big or small their wedding day may be.

Before becoming an officiant, I worked in Charlotte as a Life Enrichment Director for a large Assisted Living Facility. I’ve always been drawn to moments that bring people together and allows them to have fun and experience joy. No better way to do that than with a wedding! I have done photography for years and added that to the mix in 2014. 

I started my beach wedding business, A Beach Wedding Ceremony, in 2012. For years we had the pleasure of officiating and taking pictures of thousands of couples from all over the United States. We had the arbors, chairs and all the decorations. In 2024 I decided to slow down some and shrink my business to the smaller, more intimate appointments and ceremonies with just the couple and maybe a few family and friends of theirs. This has been such a joy for me to have more one on one time with my wedding couples, and to also have the time with my own family on the weekends. It has been a happy win win.

I have been very lucky, and blessed to have so many couples write reviews about me over the years. I will say that almost all of them start with my good communication skills, my friendliness, the ease of the ceremony and my ability to keep professional and yet have a great time. I also get compliments on my photography. I have been called many times over the years when another local wedding officiants didn't return calls and emails, or even show up after a couple had booked with them.
