The $75 Justice of the Peace, Civil Ceremony is replacing going to the courthouse window and signing your SC Marriage License. It is a 10 minute appointment for the COUPLE ONLY. You and the Minster sit down and sign your SC Marriage License. You are welcome to exchange rings and say I Do. After signing, the Minister will be happy to take a picture of you with your cellphone. You will go home with a copy of the license and the Minister will get the other 2 copies to the courthouse to be filed.

Are you looking for more than just signing your marriage license? An Elopement or Wedding is the couple and/or the couple with guests, experiencing all the extras. A wedding is walking down the aisle with a song, the Minister with a full wedding script, professional photography, chair sashes, flowers, and signing the SC Marriage License. We do offer weddings in Myrtle Beach at our chapel and you can ask us about these when you call us. They start at $175.00.

You must have a South Carolina Marriage License to get married in Myrtle Beach.
No matter what state you live in, you can go online with the link below, apply for your SC Marriage License, print it out and bring it with you to Myrtle Beach or email it to us and we will print it out for you.
Or you can go to any SC Courthouse to get the license.
