In SC a true Courthouse Wedding / Civil Wedding Ceremony is no longer offered, so couples need to find a Myrtle Beach Wedding Officiant to have a Simple Legal Ceremony and get your marriage license signed. This is where we come in. Call us, make an appointment and we will sign your SC Marriage License and you will be legally married. Packages Are Below.

We are open Monday - Friday. You will need to call on Friday for a Monday appointment.

The price is $75 in cash. We are downtown Myrtle Beach inside of THE VENUE MYRTLE BEACH. at 514 Broadway Street. Parking is free along the street. These appointments are with the Myrtle Beach Wedding Officiant and the Couple Only and are not a wedding with guests. Small kids are welcome to come in with their parents and take a seat. Sign, Smile and Go $50.00

The Justice of the Peace, Civil Ceremony is replacing going to the courthouse window (courthouse wedding) and signing your SC Marriage License. The Couple and the Myrtle Beach Wedding Officiant will sit down and sign your SC Marriage License. After having your marriage license signed, the Minister will be happy to take a picture of the couple with their cellphone. This short appointment is for the COUPLE ONLY. No guests. Couple's small kids are welcome to come in and take a seat. The couple will go home with a License and we will get the other 2 copies back to the courthouse for filing. Info on obtaining Certified Copies and name change is given.

Vows & Ring Exchange, Sign, Smile and Go $75.00

The Myrtle Beach Wedding Officiant will lead the Couple to say their I Do's and exchange their rings. The three will then sit down and get the the SC Marriage License signed. After signing the Officiant will be glad to take a picture with the couple's cellphone. This 10 minute appointment is for the Couple Only. No Guests. Couples small kids are welcome to come in and take a seat. The couple will go home with a License and we will get the other 2 copies back to the courthouse for filing.
